Our Grab & Go Garlands are thoughtfully designed by the Hip Hooray team, then installed by you! Choose pick up or drop-off delivery service at check out.
Our balloon garlands are completely finished and ready for you to hang.
Available in lengths of 5' and 9'. (Our garlands tend to range from 5'-6' and 9'-10'.)
Pre-strung garland hooks are available for purchase. These hooks work on a variety of surfaces, but not all. Please refer to manufacturer instructions for preferred surfaces, safe hanging and removal here.
All "Pick Your Own Colors" garlands are designed with balloon colors distributed "confetti-style."

Pick up is at our Midtown studio: 1400 E Street, 95814.
9' garlands require an SUV-sized vehicle with BOTH seats down and trunk cleared out.
5' garlands can fit in the back seat of a sedan (no passengers/no car seats).
